My website grants you non-exclusive limited license to use the products sold through my website by templatedeck.com (the “products”) in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (the “license”) issued by my company.

1. Modifications :

You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to my products to fit your purposes. You may not however redistribute or release and modifications as GPL or otherwise. You must also not change or remove the copyright information in the header of the xhtml file.

2. Unauthorized use :

You may not place any of my products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from templatedeck.com. Please contact me if you require more clarification.

3. Updates :

I will update the templates if they include bugs and if they need a fix.

4. Delivery :

After your successful PayPal payment an email will be send out to your PayPal account mail adress with the ordered prodict attached.

5. Assignability :

You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license  to anyone else without prior written consent from templatedeck.com.

6. Ownership :

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of my products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of templatedeck.com. My products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall templatedeck.com be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use my products.

7. Use of Content :

You acknowledge that the site contains or may contain material (collectively the “Content”) which is protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights. You may not transfer or sell, reproduce, create derivative works from, distribute, or in any way exploit any of the Content, in whole or in part, except with an expressly permitted Agreement from me.

8. Refund policy :

Since templatedeck.com is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods I do not issue refunds after the payment is made, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing a product.

9. Warranty :

templatedeck.com does not warranty or guarantee these products in any manner. I cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party components and additional code/text as there is currently no certification process for such components. Browser compatibility should be tested against the demonstration templates on the demo server. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the templates as I can not guarantee that templatedeck.com templates will work with all browser combinations.

10. Support :

templatedeck.com offers these products ‘as is’, with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you wish or with all 3rd party components and modules.
